Welcome to Harman House Counselling Centre
Counselling services in the Barking, Dagenham, Havering & Redbridge areas
Talking to someone helps you see the problem more clearly, and enables you to explore all the possible solutions. You can then face up to and learn to work through the causes of your distress and/or anxiety.
Counselling aims to help you help yourself, by understanding why you feel the way you do, and by exploring and planning how you manage emotional and practical realities.
Counselling supports you in making the right decisions for yourself, but not by yourself.
Counselling gives you the space to explore who you are and what really matters to you. This can be a very positive experience.
Counsellors will work in a way that enables you not to be dependent on them. They will support you to believe in yourself and to trust your own judgement.
Your confidentiality is assured
